Tonight’s supper entree was black bean soup with cilantro blended in a blender. I had exactly one cup of it and it was pure heaven. Really it was!!! With it being pureed like it was, it tasted like a Mexican dish. I put a teeny tiny dollop of sour cream in it and swirled it around. Then I proceeded to eat each slurp of it with a yellow baby spoon for a little over 20 minutes time. I had a teeny bit of prune juice and a few baby spoonfuls of red jello. And I was full. I have enough left over for two more meals this weekend too.
My 2nd grade teacher and my high school home economics teacher stopped by this afternoon with three gorgeous red roses for me and to check on my progress. It was nice that they came over and I enjoyed their visit. But I was wiped out. I still am.
I just came back from my walking on the bike path around my mom’s house. I walked the back part of it and then came back on the street up to her house. It was enough to make me sweaty and my back to hurt a bit as well as the incisions on my belly.
My goal for tomorrow: Walk the entire bike path with my mom which includes a few steep hills to go down and to walk UP. And to get plenty of rest!!!
