Guess what happened after I chewed two curly ringlet-like noodles??? Yuppers … they got stuck. Why haven’t I learned this nugget after this past couple of days already!?!? I then tried drinking a small amount of smoothie to no avail.
At least I know my newly tightened band is working. And it should! I am going to hold off anything like noodles or food that requires extra thinking … and stay with really soft foods like mashed up sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes and more pureed stuff. My band will thank me later 🙂
