I am parched. I have been since I do not know when. But especially today. I am not No. 1. I am not completely lacking in moisture. But I am No. 2. Both informally and formally, I am thirsty. I am also very thirsty.

From the moment I arrived at my gig at 0730, I started to drink out of a 20 ounce mug. For ten and a half hours, all I did was refill my 20 ounce mug of ice water. Some refills I had generic MIO in it but for the vast majority of those hours, I was guzzling good ‘ole Tyndall tap water. It was no different once I got home. I plopped myself on my couch, just in time to watch Big Brother and I had already drank (3) three 32 ounce water bottles. Then I grabbed my gallon jug of ice water. I was and still am a very thirsty girl.

It is almost 11PM and while I should be in bed, getting fully rested for tomorrow’s big parade … I’ve been walking back and forth to the kitchen refilling my 64 ounce blue mug. You’d think I’d rather be all cozy-like in bed watching a little true crime before shut-eye but nope…. I am sitting here guzzling ice water. This is so wackadoodle. What is this parched girl to do???

My 8-year quest of being BANDED finally happened on June 27, 2012!!! While it will be nice to shed some pounds, my number one goal is to get HEALTHY ... And to get off ALL my diabetic meds and not have to rely on my CPAP at night and for naps. A few years back I made a decision to only surround myself with positive people and I have never looked back. At times I may be snarky perhaps a little wonky and I will apologize right now if I offend anyone as I blog about my life as I know it. Peace & love to all of my wonderful supporters.
