I had a decent enough workout today. I opted to simply walk on the treadmill today. No incline, no set program, just walking with no time limit. And I watched three “House Hunters” episodes in the process. I hadn’t weighed myself since I saw Dr. Haley on August 30th. After I was done walking, I stood on the scale and found that I have dropped three more pounds. I’m so close to one of my goals it’s not even funny. I am hoping between today and Friday, I can make that special goal happen and then I can say farewell to that portion of my hefty past.
