I had some Hormel chili for lunch with super crunched up saltines and I drank a butt load of water too.
Suppertime consisted of baby carrots and my friend, Ann’s crock pot mashed potatoes. Totally satisfying. Maybe later, I’ll have some peppermint hot tea but for now, my ice cold water is doing its job.
I am HOPING November will be THE month I lose a lot more weight!!!
