My “Blueberry Oatmeal” Smoothie
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1 cut up banana
* 1 cup rolled oats (aka oatmeal)
* 1 tablespoon honey
* handful of fresh blueberries
* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup ice cubes
* 1 scoop protein powder
I have never used honey or oats in a smoothie before but I am shockingly surprised as to how delicious this turned out to be. Per Pintrest, this is to aid in weight loss.
By the way, I am doing fabulous on the loss of unwanted pounds too. My third fill on September 27th was really the bomb!!!
