I woke up late this AM even though I have to create two paintings for two coworkers. I said I’d give it to them this afternoon when I went to work but it’s 11:30AM and I have yet to start.
I just made myself a new smoothie …. I put in a handful of spinach leaves in the blender; two tablespoons of ground flax seeds; 2 ice cubes; one scoop of vanilla Slim Fast powder; and one half cup of rolled oats plus 2% milk. Blend till your hearts content and drink.
And I’m munching on a few soy nuts.
I have no desire to do a single thing today. After Friday’s work day ends, I have my 4-1/2 day mini break once again (as I do every other week) … I am hoping to walk outside should it not storm and read my nook books and eat a lot of greens!!!
