This is a quickie post … but prior to any of this transformation even began … I have always hated steps / stairs of ANY kind. Either I tripped going up or fell coming down or I missed a step and made a fool of myself or something wonky would occur.
I forgot when I first noticed the difference.
But it was there.
Like a huge mammoth white flag waving. In. The. Air. It. Was.
Do I get winded now going up the stairs/steps? NOPE. Does it feel like exercise rather than a chore to climb them? YES.
And shockingly enough, I actually have been purposely seeking out the stairwell now then hoofing the distance for the elevator too.
Not sure how I would feel walking up the steps to the Great Wall of China but if someone would like to buy me a ticket there and fund the way, I would love to try it!!!
