Binge-fest???

YOPLAIT NEW YOPLAIT(R) GREEKHi Folks.

I think I just over dosed on Yoplait Greek Nonfat Yogurt.  Vanilla with toasted almonds and Raspberries with Dove dark chocolate pieces. Yes, for realz.

Today I consumed: a lot of ice-cold green tea and a lot of ice-cold water. Buttered popcorn that I made myself with my very own Stir-Crazy popper. Jeez… what else did I shove down my pie hole??? ….Oh earlier in the day, I did have ONE Raspberry Yoplait Greek Nonfat Yogurt — yes with the Dove dark chocolate pieces …. some sunflower seeds…. then I went on a binge.

A real binge-fest … I just gulped down two Yoplait Greek Nonfat Yogurt.  Vanilla with toasted almonds and Raspberries with Dove dark chocolate pieces. Again, no lying about this nugget. And it’s 10:11PM. Time for bed.

Oh… and after four months of trying to grow out my pixie … I made an appointment with Nyla and her magical scissors. And got four months worth of hair growth all hacked off. And once again, just like back in August 2012 … I felt so very liberated. And free.

Now my full lap band belly and I are heading to visit Mister Sandman. I enjoyed my day off but am ready to get back to work for the next four days. Come see me if you’re in the neighborhood of the Santee Sioux Indian Reservation. I am there from 8AM to 4PM. Peace out.

My 8-year quest of being BANDED finally happened on June 27, 2012!!! While it will be nice to shed some pounds, my number one goal is to get HEALTHY ... And to get off ALL my diabetic meds and not have to rely on my CPAP at night and for naps.
