Today my smoothie has:
- one 30 gram scoop of strawberry whey protein powder
- tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- tablespoon of ground flax seeds
- one banana
- 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt
- tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapple, mango)
- tap water
I whipped it up in my Magic Bullet (coolest invention ever) … nice and thick and oh so delicious. Eating the peanut butter with celery is also giving me more protein from the peanut butter. All of this will tide me over till I eat supper tonight.
It is another gorgeous day here in Yankton, South Dakota … A walk is in my very near future. Keep making good choices people… weight loss is not an easy thing to do or maintain but with hard work and determination…. If I can do it, you can too. Have a great day!
